You can apply with or without a property under contract (refinances must have a property identified). Once submitted, you’ll get a secure link to upload your documents:
– Driver’s license
– Property insurance information
– Entity (Personal, LLC, Trust) Documents
Proof of funds letter available upon request
Turnaround: 24–72 hours depending on file complexity
Step 03
Submit Property Loan App
Once you’re approved and have a deal under contract, submit the property-specific application.
Upload:
– Purchase and assignment contracts
– Repair budget
– Property photos
– Pay appraisal invoice
We’ll send you a Loan Term Sheet and introduce you to our Closing Team who will handle title coordination and next steps.
Step 04
Sign Loan Documents & Disclosures
We’ll send your loan docs electronically or coordinate for signing at title.
You’ll also:
– Choose your insurance provider
– Confirm your preferred title company
– Schedule your closing date
Step 05
Fund Your Deal
Closing is held at a licensed title company or attorney’s office.
Funds are wired to title after documents are signed and conditions are met.
